"Hona Tha Pyar" stands out in Shoaib Mansoor's internationally acclaimed super hit Bol’s music. This mega hit song has been composed by pop star and music director Shiraz Uppal in the voices of Atif Aslam and Hadeeqa Kiyani. Shiraz recently won the Indian Mirchi Music Award 2011 for The Best Upcoming Music Director for his hit song "Rabba" from the Bollywood flick "Aashayein". The song “Hona Tha Pyar” first featured in his solo album "Ankahi" in 2010. Prior to this, Shiraz composed, sang and produced the mega hit song "Roya Re" for Pooja Bhatt's movie "Dhoka". Shiraz also sung for Oscar winner A. R. Rahman way back in 2001 in the movie "Nayak" but he came into limelight in Pakistani music industry with his song "Tera Te Mera" in 2003. He recently sang "Secret of Success" for A. R. Rahman's upcoming movie "Boys". So far, Shiraz has released four solo albums and has provided songs to three blockbuster Indian movies. Shiraz is currently on a US tour where he is scheduled to meet record labels for the release of his forthcoming album.
