A female Pakistani DMG officer was conferred the “Ordre National du Merite”

A female Pakistani DMG officer has been awarded the prestigious French knighthood for distinguished and extra ordinary services for strengthening and promoting cooperation between the Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan and France. Mrs. Amna Imran Khan, a DMG Officer, was conferred the “Ordre National du Merite” by President Nicholas Sarkozy of France. The Ambassador of France Daniel Jouanneau hosted an impressive award ceremony at the Embassy of France for conferring the prestigious award, basically meant for French Nationals, but in rare cases is also awarded to foreigners. Amna Imran termed it a source of inspiration for the Pakistani females and a matter of great honor and pride for Pakistan.
