MULTAN: A cracker blast occurred in Piran Ghaib area of Multan, injuring five people in the wee hours of Monday, Express News reported.
An incident took place when, a procession on the eve of Shab e Barat was passing through a Pul Phatian on Piran Ghaib road, SSP operation Malik Yousuf said.
Rescue teams rushed to the site of the incident soon after the explosion; meanwhile injured people have been taken to Nishtar Hospital Multan.
