A dumper truck fell on a pick-up -Five killed in Karachi

At least five people were killed, when a speedy dumper-truck fell over a pickup of vegitable sellers on Sunday morning at Superhighway near New Sabzi Mandi, in the limits of Sachal police station.
Sachal police said that a pickup loaded with fruits and vegetables was coming from new Subzi Mandi when the speedy damper overturned and fell on it on the Superhighway. As a result people were crushed to death.
Rangers, police and rescue teams rushed to the spot and recovered dead bodies from the wreckage of pickup.
The bodies were shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) and Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for medico-legal formalities.
One of the deceased was identified 34-years-old Mohammad Rashid son of Abdul Rasheed, a resident of Orangi Town, police said. Identification of other deceased was in process.
