Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that extradition treaty between Pakistan and the United Kingdom was not being signed. Speaking to media in Islamabad on Thursday Malik said that matter of former military ruler Musharraf was subjudice and the court orders would be implemented in this regard.Interior Minister Rehman Malik told reporters at Parliament House on Wednesday that a draft had been prepared for the agreement to exchange prisoners between Pakistan and Britain.bailable arrest warrants for former president Pervez Musharraf. He said that if no action was taken on the warrants, the court would make a decision itself.
He said the court first issued bail-able warrants of an accused person and if no progress was made, it issued un-bailable warrants followed by declaring the accused a proclaimed offender if they are not arrested. He said that Interpol had also issued a red warrant for Musharraf’s arrest.
Replying a query regarding Sindh Home Minister Zulfiqar Mirza he said that Mirza was not removed from the post instead he was sent on leave. He said the party leadership takes decisions which are to be followed.

Malik said officials from both countries were in contact regarding the agreement and the court had issued un-
