Apparently a political party-backed violence, erupted after the apex court ruled the appointment of NAB chairman as ‘null and void’, has so far claimed lives of four Karachiites and left many others injured amid incident of firing Thursday overnight, It is reported.Meanwhile, 10 vehicles have been set ablaze so far. However, All Karachi Traders Action Committee and All Karachi Trade Ittehad announced disownment to the call of strike announced by PPP, which is to be observed today (Friday).Areas, mostly hit by tensed situation include Lyari, Orangi Town, Khara Dar, Gulistan-e-Johar, Shanti Nagar where a number of vehicles have been burnt to ashes and the incidents of aerial firing are on the rise since last night.Meanwhile, given the alarming law and order situation in city, Pir Mazhar-ul-Haq, Sindh education minister has announced closure of all government and private educational institutions all across metropolis to prevent any untoward situation.
