President, PM should resign over their ignorance about Osama’s presence in Pakistan:

MULTAN -  The head of Pakistan Tehrik Insaf, Imran Khan has said that President Asif Ali Zardari, and PM, Yousaf Raza Gilani should immediately resign over their ignorance about Osama’s presence in Pakistan.
Addressing media before his departure, at Multan airport enroute to Lahore from Bahawalpur, on Thursday, the PTI chairman said that ‘had he been the PM’, such an embarrassing thing would never had happened.
Replying to a question, the PTI chairman said that the issue is not as to whether Osama was killed or not, but the fact that rulers remained blissfully ignorant of the American operations.
He stressed on the need of the hour to take out the nation from the quagmire of issues, while the recent ignorance amounted to historical proportions, which had even tainted such major respectable institutions as ISI and Army, while there is a global impression about Pakistan being a haven of terrorists.
He also berated rulers for unleashing a spate of lies to cover their ineptness, while expatriates’ lives had been made miserable after this ‘discovery’.
He also predicted that, the next thing America would demand would be military operations in North Wazirstan, which would usher in another force reaction from innocent and hurt tribals against the Federation; reminding that the country had already suffered a colossal loss of U$.68 billion so far.
He also said that since America claimed that it had achieved its objective of killing Osama -Bin -Laden, it might as well vacate Afghanistan immediately, stressing that Taliban posed no dangers to Europe/West.
Replying to another question, he stressed on immediate need for mid-term and not regular general elections, to be held according to new electoral regulations.
He said that PTI would never form any electoral coalition with another political party, and assured that no party would be able to contest against PTI’s success , either.
He also stressed on rulers to fulfill their obligations against terrorism, apart from any American directives, and also berated the fact that Indian and Western media were busy maligning Pakistan Army and ISI.
