Pakistan and India will hold two-day talks from March 28 in New Delhi, foreign office in Islamabad said. The foreign office spokesman here in a briefing said on Thursday that the trade secretaries of the two neighboring countries will meet in April. The spokesman said Pakistan wants to talk India with an open mind.
