Four militants killed in Swat by military forces

At least four militants were killed and a security personnel sustained injures in a clash between security forces and militants in Mangaltan area on Sunday. Official sources said that security forces received information about presence of militants in Mangaltan, a mountainous area of Swat. Security forces launched a search operation in the said area and exchange of firing took place. The militants opened the fire at the security forces personnel which was retaliated immediately and in the ensuing battle, four miscreants were killed while one security personnel was also injured , the sources said. The fighting lasted for several hours. The injured security man was shifted to hospital for treatment.
