The draft for power sharing agreement between Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) was finalised on Saturday,it is reported.
The draft will be presented to President Asif Ali Zardari tomorrow by PML-Q in Aiwan-e-Sadar.
Political sources told DawnNews that leaders of both political parties finalised a draft for the agreement during talks on Saturday and resolved all legal objections.
According to the agreement in the 2013 elections seats will be adjusted between the two parties in some constituencies.
The PPP reached consensus on handing over the position of deputy prime minister to the PML-Q, which according to the agreement will be given to Chaudhry Pervez Elahi.
